Come to take part in this go of end of season to the heart of the largest desert of the world, the Sahara. This itinerant raid wants to be a single singular test which mixes the sporting aspect with the spirit of adventure. It is addressed to all the practise of VTT in the search of feelings and new spaces. It is a complete immersion in the desert where with each stage you will clash (race category) or you will give pleasure at your rate/rhythm (Randonneur category) on courses of pure at the same time technical and physical VTT, in the medium of imposing decorations. Every evening we will find ourselves in full desert, for bivouacs surprising in this environment touarègue without equal, with our logistic team. One week out of time, with discovered country of the Tuaregs.

At the beginning of Tamanrasset (1470m), the city of the desert, this sporting adventure out of the commun run pénétre in the National park Hoggar by carrying out an outer loop which goes up to the collar of Assekrem (2500m), prestigious top on which is built the hermitage of the Father of Foucault. On varied tracks, sometimes technical or physical, travelling or breakable, rises of collars or descents vertiginous, you will join your traces to those of the camels. You will evolve/move in a diversity of sumptuous landscapes, in top of the mountains or at the bottom of the valleys: vast regs of basalts, needles and pitons volcanic, wadis without end, chaos of blocks to the singular forms, oases generous blottis in the hollow of the gueltas, campings wandering. Each day you will be able to attend the magic of the colors and the sun, with raising or to laying down magnificious sometimes.

For the Runners, this one week tour will put at hard épreuvevos physical and technical capacities; It will be due to each one to draw part of its aptitudes and qualities from management of the race to conclude this single test. Participation of Algerian runners.

For the Hikers, this tour will be a great Saharan adventure where you will reconcile pleasure of the vtt and discovered of another people. Personal challenge without stopwatch.

This trophy of Hoggar is on the initiative of a partnership between SabléO (France) and the ONAT (Algerian Agency National of Tourism) which manages all logistics related to the demonstration. The National Gendarmerie of Algeria and Civil Protection ensure the safety of the whole of the participants (runners, organization...) during the totality of the test. The test profits from the downstream of the Ministry for Algerian Tourism, of Wilaya de Tamanrasset.
